1. Pricing & Quotes Service fees are available upon request. If an accurate quote cannot be provided without closer inspection, an estimated price range will be provided at the initial fitting. All quotes provided reflect total final prices.

2. Payment Terms Full Payment: Full payment must be made before collection, or strictly within 7 days of advice that the work has been completed, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of all garments, items, or finished work remains with iSew4U until full payment has been received.

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer (EFT) and Direct Electronic Payment. Cash is not accepted.

Late Payments & Recovery: Invoices unpaid after 14 days from the date completion advice was issued may attract a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding amount, applied every 14 days until payment is made in full. iSew4U reserves the right to suspend further services or withhold collection of completed work until outstanding invoices are settled. Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in additional charges, including administrative costs, debt recovery agency fees, and legal expenses incurred by iSew4U to recover outstanding debts. You agree to be responsible for all associated recovery costs in the event of non-payment.

1. Collection & Quality Guarantee Customers will be notified promptly via phone, SMS, or email once items are complete. Please coordinate your preferred collection date/time following notification. iSew4U is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship. Any concerns regarding alterations or work completed must be raised within 48 hours of collection so iSew4U has the opportunity to resolve them. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of iSew4U, in accordance with applicable Consumer Law guarantees.

2. Drop-Sew-Go Service By submitting items via the-Sew-Go service, you enter into a binding agreement and accept the quoted fees and these Terms & Conditions. Drop-off and collection are contactless via secure locker facilities. Cash payments are strictly not accepted at locker locations for security and auditing purposes. Customers are responsible for inspecting completed items after collection and notifying iSew4U of any issues within 48 hours.

3. Abandoned Items Garments or items left uncollected for more than 30 days after completion notification has been sent may be sold, donated, or disposed of to recover unpaid fees and storage costs, subject to local statutory guidelines. Reasonable attempts will be made to reach out to the customer using registered contact details prior to any item disposal.

4. Custom Garment & Dressmaking Services An initial reference image or concept photo must be provided prior to setting up a custom garment consultation appointment. Initial cost estimates are indicative and subject to adjustment as design choices or technical requirements are finalized. Fabric Supply: iSew4U does not supply garment fabric. Clients must source and provide their own materials. iSew4U is not liable for poor outcomes or fit limitations resulting from low-quality, delicate, or inappropriate customer-supplied fabrics.

5. Remnants & Fabric Offcuts: Leftover fabric remnants and offcuts created during the tailoring process will be disposed of automatically unless requested for return during the initial fitting or consultation. Fittings: One standard fitting session is included within custom dressmaking services. Extra fittings or client-requested design modifications (e.g., adding pockets or altering structural elements) may incur additional fees.

6. Client Acknowledgement & Service Limitations By engaging iSew4U services, clients acknowledge that: Not all garments or materials are structurally suitable for every desired alteration. Alterations refine and improve fit but cannot fundamentally alter the baseline design or construction of a garment. Professional recommendations provided during fittings or consultations are given in good faith to achieve the best technical result.

7. Statutory Rights & Legal Disclaimer All services are provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights and guarantees available under Australian Consumer Law. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed where client expectations exceed structural or material capabilities of the garment.
